村医和村干部结核病防治知识培训效果的评价

目的探讨结核病知识教育对村医和村干部结核病防治知识认知的影响。方法安徽省长丰县疾病预防控制中心对长丰县18个乡镇372名村干部和村医实施结核病防治核心知识培训,对其培训前后的结防知识知晓率进行分析。结果经过培训,村医和村干部对结核病防治核心知识的知晓率均有了较大的提高,正确回答全部问题的人数在培训前后之间差异有统计学意义（χ^2=87.507,P〈0.001）。结论通过短期结核病防治知识培训,村医和村干部对结核病防治知识有了很好的掌握,为结核病防治知识在群众中普及以及提高结核病人的发现率起到了积极作用。为进一步开展大众人群结核病防治健康教育提供参考。

Investigation on the awareness rate of tuberculosis knowledge among the village doctors and cadres

Objective To study the effect on the awareness rate of tuberculosis knowledge among the village doctors and cadres through the health training in tuberculosis knowledge. Methods 372 of the village doctors and cadres from Changfeng were trained at tuberculosis control center, then their awarehess rate of tuberculosis knowledge was analyzed. Results Their awareness rate of tuberculosis knowledge was improved obviously, and the number of persons before and after training who correctly answered all the questions had statistical significance （x^2 = 87. 507, P 〈 0. 001 ）. Conclusions After shortterm training in tuberculosis prevention and control, the village doctors and cadres have mastered the knowledge and performed positively in publicizing among the masses the knowledge of TB prevention and control.
