后腹腔镜手术治疗泌尿系统疾病31例

目的 :探讨后腹腔镜技术治疗泌尿外科疾病的临床效果。方法 :采用直接建立腹膜后腔隙方法施行腹腔镜泌尿外科手术 31例。结果 :除 1例肾癌因出血视野模糊改开放手术外 ,其余 30例手术全部成功。手术时间 40～ 1 80 min,平均 90 min。术中平均出血量少于1 0 0 ml,均未输血。术后 2 4～ 36h下床活动 ,7d出院 ,无严重并发症发生。结论 :后腹腔镜手术治疗泌尿外科疾病切口小、创伤小、出血少、恢复快等优点 ,具有良好的应用前景。

Retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery for 31 cases of urological diseases

Objective:To investigate the clini cal effects of retroperitoneal lapar oscopic surgery in the management of urological diseases. Methods:31 retroperi toneal laparoscopic operations were performed and the data were reviewed. Result s:The procedures were successful in all cases except one case of renal cell car cinoma.The operating time was 40～180mins(average 90mins).Blood loss during ever y operation was less than 100ml.The ambulant time was 24～36 hours postoperative ly.Al l the patients were out of hospital in 7 days.There were no serious complication s i n perioperative period. Conclusions:The merits of retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery are small incision,minimal injury,less bleeding and quick postoperative recovery.The retroperitoneal laparoscopes will play a more important role in u rological surgical procedures.
