乳腺癌术后弹性固定胸带的研制与临床应用

目的 :为了提高乳腺癌术后切口包扎的舒适度 ,减少皮下积液和皮瓣坏死的发生率 ,研制了乳腺癌术后弹性固定胸带 ,并应用于临床。方法 :随机将施行乳腺癌改良根治术 6 2例分为两组 ,观察组 31例 ,其切口用弹性固定胸带包扎 ,对照组 31例 ,其切口用传统的绷带加压包扎。结果 :2种方法的舒适度及术后并发症发生率差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 ,P <0 0 1)。结论 :自制弹性固定胸带能减轻切口疼痛 ,避免呼吸受限 ,提高了舒适度 ,且显著降低了术后并发症的发生率

Clinical research and application about elastic thoracic belt after radical operation of mastocarcinoma

Objective:To improve compress comfortability,after mastectomy,lower skin necrosis and subcutaneous hematoma incidency.Method:62 cases who had accepted radical operation of mastocarcinoma were randomly divided into observational group(31),control group(31).Observational group received elastic thoracic belt compress.Result:Comfortability and postoperational complication incidency show significant differences between two groups(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:Self made elastic thoracic belts can alleviate incision pain,avoid respiratory confinement,lower complication incidence.
