| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To discuss the countermeasures in enforcing medical intellectual property rights strategy in China. METHODS: The urgency and status quo of enforcing medical intellectual property rights strategy in China were analyzed, and the corresponding countermeasures were put forward. RESULTS & CONCLUSION: Speed up the enforcement of medical intellectual property rights strategy is the only way toward developing medicine economy and improving our international competition edge. |
