新生儿静脉留置针不同穿刺部位留置效果观察

目的 :探讨新生儿头、脚、手不同部位行静脉留置针穿刺的留置效果。方法 :对 5 8例 1 92次静脉留置针穿刺随机分为头穿刺组、脚穿刺组及手穿刺组 ,各组采用常规穿刺方法。对其留置效果进行统计分析。结果 :患儿的头、脚及手等不同部位行留置针穿刺留置时间均无显著性差异 (P >0 2 ) ,头穿刺组有 4次脱针现象。结论 :穿刺部位 (头、脚、手 )对留置针的保留时间无影响。

Effect of integrated catheter in different sites of vein puncture in neonate

Objective: To evaluate the effect of integrated catheter in different site of vein puncture in neonate Method: 192 times of punctures, from 58 patients, were randomly divided into three groups by vein puncture sites: scalp, foot and hand Each group was performed by ritual method and the effect was evaluated Result: there were negative significant differences among three groups in the reserved time of integrated catheter (P>0 2), even through 4 cases of stripping off of catheter in scalp puncture group happened Conclusion: The sites of vein puncture have no effect on reserved time of integrated catheter
