对我国医改方向的几点思考

10年来的医疗改革被认为基本上是不成功的。有人将原因归结为医疗卫生体制出现商业化、市场化倾向。文章针对看病难、看病贵以及医保改革显失公平的现实问题,利用经济学的基本原理得出医改不成功的主要原因在于政府缺位及医疗体制市场化改革的不彻底。文章认为,今后医疗改革只有坚持市场化方向,才能使稀缺的医疗资源得到有效配置;同时也只有借助政府的有形之手,才能确保医改的公平性。

Thinking on orientation of health reform in our country

Health reform in the past decade was deemed to unsuccessful ultimately. Someone imputed the failure to the commercialization and marketization trend of health care system. Aiming at the problems of difficulty and high cost and obvious unfair accessing medical service, using economics fundamental, this paper concluded that the main failure reasons of health reform were absence of government's responsibilities and halfway marketization reform. The author considered that only persisting in marketization reform can deploy scanty health resource effectively. Furthermore, only government can ensure the equity in health reform.
