双J管应用并发症分析

目的：探讨双J管应用中并发症情况。方法：回顾性分析1993-2000年以来820例病人应用双J管的资料。结果：双J管尿盐沉着400例。膀胱刺激症45例，尿液反流62例，肉眼血尿40例，双J管滑脱2例，严重尿路感染5例，伤口漏尿2例。管腔阻塞1例，双J管滞留10例，结论：双J管的应用对防止上尿路手术后漏尿和狭窄。术后恢复具有重要的作用，但也存在应用并发症；较轻者有管壁尿盐沉着，血尿、膀胱刺激症状。腰肋部疼痛，严重者有双J管移位。尿路感染、管腔阻塞，取管困难。在应用过程中要注意寻找对策。

To Analyze the Complications of the Double J Ureteral Catheter

Objective:To evaluate the complications of double J ureteral catheter. Methods:The clinical data of 820 cases undergoing double J ureteral catheter were reviewed. Results:The complications of double J ureteral catheter include 400 cases of encrustation, 45 cases of dysuria, 62 cases of urine return, 40 cases of hematuria, 2 cases of slippage, 5 cases of severity urinary tract infection, 2 cases of urine leakage, 1 case of obstruction, and 10 cases of detention.Conclusion:Double J ureteral catheter was very helpful in preventing urine leakage and ureter stricture, and was also important for postoperative recovery. However, complications may occur. These complications vary from minor side effects such as encrustation, hematuria, dysuria and flank pain to major complications such as catheter migration, urinary infection, catheter obstruction, and difficulty to remove.
