针药并用治疗重型斑秃疗效观察

目的观察穴位注射等综合疗法治疗重型斑秃的疗效和复发率。方法将80例随机分成两组,治疗组48例,对照组32例。治疗组用丹参注射液进行穴位注射,每星期2次。治疗组和对照组患者均口服灵丹片,外用生发酊。两组均治疗4个月评定疗效,并随访半年记录复发情况。结果治疗组和对照组总有效率和复发率均采用？2检验,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论穴位注射等综合疗法治疗重型斑秃比单纯的药物治疗更有效;而且复发率低。
