复治肺结核支气管树的病变特征

目的了解复治肺结核支气管树病变特征。方法将复治肺结核45例（复治组）和初治肺结核117例（初治组）的纤维支气管镜（纤支镜）检查结果进行比较分析。结果单纯溃疡型支气管结核发现率，复治组低于初治组（r=6．04，P〈0．05），混合型支气管结核发现率复治组高于初治组（r=8．86，P〈0．01）。结论复治肺结核支气管树特征为可逆与不可逆病变并存，早期诊治支气管结核是关键。

Characteristics of pathological changes of bronchial tree in patients with re-treat pulmonary tuberculosis

Objective To invostigat characteristics of pathological changes of bronchial tree in re-treat pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods bronehofibroscopie results for 45 cases of re-treat pulmonary tuberculosis （ re-trea group） and 117 eases of first-treat pulmonary tuberculosis （firs-trea group） were contrasted. Results The rate of ulcer type of bronchial tuberculosis in re-trea eases was lower than that of firs-trea cases（X^2 =6. 04,P 〈0. 05）. The rate of mixed type of bronchial tuberculosis in re-trea cases was higher than that of firs- trea cases （X^2 = 8.86,P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Characteristics of pathological changes of bronchial tree in patients with re-treat pulmona- ry tuberculosis are reversible associated unmversible. The key is that bronchial tuberculosis is diagnosed and treatded as early as possible.
