| 摘 要： | 目的了解该院质子泵抑制剂(PPI)使用情况及趋势。方法对该院2009-2011年PPI主要品种、销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、日均费用(DDC)进行统计、分析。结果该院PPI销售金额逐年上升,其中泮托拉唑增长较快;3年中DDDs相对波动,奥美拉唑肠溶片、兰索拉唑肠溶片和泮托拉唑肠溶胶囊保持前3位;DDC则维持稳中有降水平。结论该院PPI使用基本合理,但对使用增长加快的品种应注意加强监管。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the application of proton pump inhibitors （PPI） in our hospital and analyze the tendency of drug use. Methods The amount of drugs consumption sum, DDDs, DDC and main varieties of PPI in our hospital from 2009 to 2011 were analyzed statistically. Results The consumption sum of PPI increased year by year, and pantoprazole grows faster;the DDDs was relative fluctuation in 3 years, omeprazole enteric-coated tablets, lansoprazole enteric-coated tablet and pantoprazole enteric-coated capsules keep the top three;DDC remained stable with a slight decline. Conclusion The use of PPI is basic reasonable, but we should pay attention to strengthening the supervision on the varieties, the growth of which use speeded up. |
