七叶皂苷钠联合胶原酶溶解术治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效

目的研究七叶皂苷钠联合胶原酶溶解术治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)的临床疗效。方法 LDH患者100例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例。治疗组应用七叶皂苷钠联合胶原酶溶解术治疗;对照组应用甘露醇联合胶原酶溶解术治疗。比较2组疗效。结果术后6、12个月治疗组有效率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。未见神经损伤、椎管内感染等并发症。结论七叶皂苷钠联合胶原酶溶解术治疗LDH,集2种方法优点,提高疗效且安全,值得临床推广。

Clinical effect of sodium aeseinate for injection combined with collagenase ehemonucleolysis in treating lumbar disc herniation

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of sodium aescinate for injection combined with collagenase chemonucleolysis in treating lumbar disc herniation（LDH）. Methods 100 cases of patients with LDH were divided into treat- ment group and control group, and 50 cases in each group. The treatmeng group were given the treatment of sodium aescinate for injection after received collagenase chemonucleolysis ; the control group were received collagenase chemonucleolysis. The therapeutic effect of 2 groups were compared. Results At 6,12 months postoperation,the effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The complications such as nerve damage, Intraspinal canal infection were didnt found. Conclusion Sodium aescinate for injection combined with collage- nase chemonucleolysis can set the two methods advantages, improve the therapeutic effect,which is worthy of popularization.
