鼻内镜辅助治疗顽固性鼻出血效果观察

目的探讨鼻内镜辅助治疗顽固性鼻出血的效果。方法顽固性鼻出血患者64例随机分为观察组和对照组各32例,对照组采用传统填塞止血法,观察组采用鼻内镜下辅助治疗,比较2组治疗效果及不良反应发生率。结果观察组治愈率和总有效率分别为75.0%和93.8%;高于对照组的59.4%和81.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为9.4%,低于对照组的37.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼻内镜辅助治疗顽固性鼻出血临床效果好,患者痛苦小,不良反应发生率低,值得临床推广应用。

The effect observation of the nasal endoscopy adjuvant treatment in intractable epistaxis

Objective To investigate the effect of nasal endoscopy adjuvant treatment in intractable epistaxis. Meth- ods 64 cases of patients with intractable epistaxis were divided into observation group and control group, each of 32 cases. The control group were treated with traditional Packing hemostatic method, while the observation group were adopted nasal en- doscopic assisted treatment. Compared the effects and the incidence of adverse reactions of 2 groups. Results The cure rate （75.0%） and total effective rate （93.8%） of observation group were higher than those of the control group （59.4% and 81.3 % ）, and the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. The incidence of adverse reactions （9.4%） of observa- tion group was lower than that of the control group（ 37.5% ）, and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Con- clusion The nasal endoscopy adjuvant treatment in intractable epistaxis has a better clinical effect, less pain and lower inci- dence of complications. It is a good choice for the treatment of intractable epistaxis.
