腔镜甲状腺切除术的临床研究(附15例报告)

目的：介绍腔镜甲状腺切除术的临床应用。方法：腔镜下经胸部入路行甲状腺切除术治疗甲状腺疾病15例。结果：15例手术均获成功，术中出血量约20—50ml，手术时间平均140(60-180)min。患恢复良好，无手术并发症，4—5d出院。结论:腔镜甲状腺切除术不仅可以达到传统手术的效果，而且创伤小、出血少、并发症少、颈部活动恢复快，有显的美容效果。

Clinical Evaluation of Endoscopic Thyroidectomy ( A Report of 15 Cases)

Objective To introduce the clinical applications of endoscopic thyroidectomy. Methods 15 cases of different thyroid dieases underwent endoscopic thyroidectomy via anterior chest approach. Results All of the operations were successfully performed. The volume of intraoperative bleeding was 20 50 ml, operative time was 60 180 minutes (mean 140 minutes). All patients recovered quickly. There were no major complications. The patients were discharged within 4 5 days. Conclusions The outcome of endoscopic thyroidectomy is comparable to the traditional surgery. The cosmetic effect of endoscopic thyroidectomy is more favorable. More advantages like mininal invasion, less bleeding and quick recovery of neck movement were observed.
