211例妇科盆腔肿块患者血清CA125测定的临床意义

211例妇科盆腔肿块患者血清 CA125测定,以 CA125>65kU/L 为阳性标准,58例恶性肿块和153例良性肿块的 CA125阳性率分别为77.6%和20.4%.若以 CA125>188kU/L 为阳性标准,则阳性率分别为65.5%和6.5%。良、恶性肿块阳性率相差悬殊,故可考虑以 CA125>188kU/L 作为鉴别盆腔良、恶性肿块的参考标准。

CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE OF SERUM CA125 LEVEES IN 211 GYNECOLOGIC PATIENTS WITH PELVIC MASSES

The results of serum CA125 in 211 Gynecologic patients with pelvic masses were reported.CA125 level greater than 65kU/L was defined as positive criteria.The CA125 positivity rate was 77.6% in 58 patients with malignant pelvic masses and 93.3% in 30 patients with epithelial ovarian cancer.The positivity rate of CA125 in 153 patients with benign pelvic masses was 20.3%,particulaly high in patients with pelvic tuberculosis,endometrioma and mutinous cystadenoma of the ovary.When a serum CA125 level greafer than 188kU/L,representing the mean CA125 value plus two standard deviations for 153 patients with benign pelvic ma-sses,was defined as apositivity criterion,the CA125 positivity rate decreased from 77.6 to 65.5 percent in patients with malignant masses and from 20.3 to 6.5 percent in patients with benign masses.The positivity rate of malignant group was ten times greater than that of benign group.It showed that the positivity cri-terion,CA125 value greater than 188kU/L,could be used as a reference standard for differentiating malignant pelvic masses from benign ones.
