参枣汤治疗室性早搏92例临床观察

目的]观察参枣汤治疗室性早搏疗效。方法]使用前瞻性设计方法,对92例住院及门诊患者使用参枣汤(炙甘草12g,桂枝、生姜各9g,麦冬18g,酸枣仁9g,太子参12g,阿胶6g,生地黄48g,大枣30枚),气滞血瘀加制香附15g;水肿加车前子12g,益母草15g;气血两虚,动则汗出,少气,顽固之过早搏动,反复出现二联律、三联律加重炙甘草用量至30g,并加黄芪15g,茯苓12g,泽泻10g;肝阳亢盛加石决明15g,钩藤20g;血瘀加三七15g,桃仁、红花各10g;表虚自汗加黄芪30g,白术15g;心动过速加柏子仁15g,石菖蒲10g;心阳虚心动过缓加制附子10g,麻黄5g;胸阳不振兼痰浊加瓜蒌壳15g,薤白、制半夏各10g。1剂/d,水煎500mL,早晚分服。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、心律、心电图、不良反应。连续治疗5疗程,判定疗效。结果]治愈17例,好转64例,无效9例,总有效率90.22%。结论]参枣汤治疗室性早搏,疗效满意,无副作用,值得推广。

For 7 consecutive days to 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, electrocardi ogram, cardiac, adverse reaction. Continuous 5 courses of treatment, the curative effect Result ] 17 cases were cured ; 64 cases were improved ; 9 cases failed ; the total effective rate was 90.22%. Conclusion ] Effect of gin seng decoction therapeutic room premature effect is significant, worthy of promotion.
