慢盆汤治疗慢性盆腔炎62例临床观察

[目的]观察慢盆汤治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效。[方法]对62例住院患者使用慢盆汤(黄芪、刘寄奴、夏枯草各30g,延胡索、党参各15g,地鳖虫、乌药各10g),1剂/d,水煎600mL,经净后早晚口服;湿热重加凤尾草、蒲公英各30g;腰骶酸痛有下坠感加川断、杜仲各20g;经前乳胀,胸闷肋痛加柴胡、八月札各10g。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、血液流变学指标、免疫指标、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]痊愈6例,显效45例,有效4例,无效7例,总有效率为88.71%。血液流变学指标(血浆粘度、全血低切相对指数、红细胞聚集指数)及免疫指标(IgG、IgA、CD3)均较治疗前显著降低(P0.05)。[结论]慢盆汤治疗慢性盆腔炎效果显著,值得推广。

Clinical Observation on 62 Cases of Slow Decoction in Treating Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

[ Objective ] To observe the therapeutic effect in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with slow. [ Methods ] Of 62 cases of patients with the use of slow （ Huangqi, Liujinu, Xiakucao each 30g, Yanhusuo, Danshen each 15g, Dibiechong, Wuyao each 10g ）, 1 doses of/d, water simmer in water 600mL, the net after sooner or later oral; accompanied by heavy damp heat add Fengweicao, Pugongying each 30g; lumbar pain there straining feeling add Chuanduan, Duzhong each 20g; premenstrual breast swelling, chest rib pain add Chaihu, Bayuezha each 10g. Continuous treatment with 30d for 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms, blood rheology index, immune index, adverse reaction. Continuous 3 courses of treatment, the curative effect. [ Result ] 6 cases were cured, 45 cases markedly effective, 4 cases, 7 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 88.71%. Hemorheologieal indexes （ blood plasma viscosity, whole blood low shear relative index, erythrocyte aggregation index ） and immune indexes （ IgG, IgA, CD3 ） were significantly lower than those before therapy （ P〈 0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] Was slow with the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease effect, worthy of promotion.
