归肾丸治疗人工流产术后月经减少随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察归肾丸治疗人工流产术后月经减少疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例门诊患者按抛硬币法分为两组。对照组30例戊酸雌二醇,1mg/次,1次/d,口服;醋酸甲羟孕酮片,8mg/次,第16d开始1次/d,口服。治疗组30例归肾丸(熟地黄20g,杜仲15g,菟丝子、山药各20g,茯苓、枸杞子、鸡血藤、当归各15g,川牛膝10g,川芎15g,生甘草6g),将药材与水以1:2的比例进行煎煮二次,150mL/次,早晚口服;小腹胀痛严重且经期内愈加严重加红藤15g,延胡索10g;乏力精神不佳、气短加党参、黄芪15g;手足出汗严重,口干舌燥加玄参及丹皮;提高睡眠质量加酸枣仁12g,夜交藤15g。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、临床症状总积分及月经积分、子宫内膜厚度、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈8例,显效16例,有效4例,无效2例,总有效率93.33%。对照组痊愈9例,显效16例,有效2例,无效3例,总有效率90.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。临床症状及月经积分及子宫内膜厚度治疗组改善优于对照组(P0.05)。[结论]归肾丸治疗人工流产术后月经减少效果显著,值得推广。

Observation of clinical symptoms, clinical symptoms and menstrual total score points, endometrial thickness and adverse reactions. Continuous treatment for 3 courses, to determine efficacy. [ Results ] Treatment group recovered eight cases, 16 cases markedly effective in 4 cases, 2 cases, the total efficiency of 93.33%. The control group recovered nine cases were cured, 16 cases, 2 cases, 3 cases, the total efficiency of 90.00%. Treatment group than the control group （P〈0.05） . Clinical symptoms and menstrual and endometrial thickness integral treatment group than the control group improvement （ P〈0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] Guishen Pill in the treatment of artificial abortion after menstruation reduce effect is significant, worthy of promotion.
