| 摘 要： | 中药剂量大小,对效用影响较大,有的中药疗效不突出,剂量偏低是重要原因。临床实践证明,有些情况增加中药剂量可以增加临床疗效;药物在机体需要达到最低有效浓度阈值才能发挥作用,如果用量太少,达不到有效剂量,就难以发挥治疗作用;理想的药物用量,应是临床疗效最大而不良反应又最小。从影响因素、剂量范围、超大剂量、量效关系与临床合理用药等方面阐述增加中药剂量的意义。

| Abstract: | The size of the Chinese medicine dose, the greater effect on its utility, some Chinese medicine curative effect is not outstanding, is the important reason to low dose. Clinical practice has proved that increasing the dosage can increase the clinical curative effect. In this paper, from the factors affect the dosage, the dosage of pesticide effect, the influence of dose effect relationship and clinical rational drug use in the aspects of significance to increase the dosage. |
