| 摘 要： | 冠心病合并脑血管病以气虚为本,痰浊瘀血为标。气虚为脾肾亏虚,包括元气亏虚与宗气亏虚;痰浊瘀血为心失所主、脾失运化、肝失疏泄、肾失蒸腾,痹阻于心脑脉络,发为本病。故治当培补脾肾元气,兼以活血、化痰、理气、平肝熄风、通络。

| Abstract: | The pathogenesis of coronary heart disease with cerebral vascular disease is based on deficiency of Qi, and put phlegm and blood stasis.as the standardo The spleen and kidney deficiency caused by Qi deficiency which consisted of their strength deficiency and Zong Qi deficiency; Phlegm and blood stasis caused by heart failure, the loss transportion of the spleen, liver dysfunction, renal failure transpiration, and obstructed to the cardiovascular context as this disease .So the treatment should be based on reinforcing the Vitality of spleen and the kidney and to promoting blood circulation, reducing phlegm, regulating qi. calming the liver to stop the wind and dredging collaterals. |
