越鞠丸治疗中风后抑郁随机平行对照研究

目的]观察越鞠丸治疗中风后抑郁疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将96例住院患者按抽签法分为两组。对照组42例多塞平片,25mg/次,2次/d,口服。治疗组54例,越鞠丸(香附10g,巴戟天、川芎各15g,升麻10g,苍术、远志、神曲、百合、栀子、枸杞子各15g,仙灵脾12g,郁金、沙苑子各15g,柴胡12g),1剂/d,水煎300mL,早晚温服。连续治疗49d为1疗程。观测临床症状、抑郁评分、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。结果]治疗组痊愈31例,有效15例,无效8例,总有效率85.19%。对照组痊愈16例,有效10例,无效16例,总有效率61.90%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。抑郁评分两组均有改善(P0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P0.05)。结论]越鞠丸治疗中风后抑郁效果显著,值得推广。

The control group cured 16 cases, effective 10 cases, invalid 16 cases, the total efficiency of 61.90%. The treatment group was better than control group （P〈0.05） . Depression scores of two groups were improved （P〈0.05）, the treatment group was better than the control group （P〈0.05） . Conclusion ] The depressive effect of Yueju pill treatment after a stroke is significant, worthy of promotion.
