清宫汤联合西药治疗盆腔炎随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察清宫汤联合西药治疗盆腔炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将82例住院患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组41例避免体力劳动,补充营养,增强机体抵抗力;急性感染,左氧氯沙星,0.3g/次,3次/d;甲硝唑,15mg/kg,2次/d,静注;2mL胎盘组织液,2mL/次,隔天肌注。治疗组41例清宫汤(白芷、黄柏各10g,茯苓、赤芍各15g,丹皮、丹参各12g,红藤、金银花、蒲公英30g;湿热重加苍术10g;疼痛严重加元胡、川芎各6g;腰膝酸软加杜仲10g,牛膝12g;淤血重加桃仁、红花各6g);1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚口服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗28d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈26例,有效14例,无效1例,总有效率97.56%。对照组痊愈17例,有效12例,无效12例,总有效率70.73%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。[结论]清宫汤联合西药治疗盆腔炎效果显著,值得推广。
