愈肾汤治疗湿热夹瘀型小儿紫癜性肾炎随机平行对照研究

目的]观察愈肾汤治疗湿热夹瘀型小儿紫癜性肾炎疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将50例门诊患者按随机数字表方法随机分为两组,均注意休息,避免剧烈运动,预防感冒,避免接触可疑的过敏原,口服维生素C、维生素E。对照组25例①双嘧达莫片,2.5~5mg/(kg/d),3次/d;②阿魏酸哌嗪片,25mg/次,3次/d。治疗组25例愈肾汤(小蓟15g,地榆10g,蒲公英、紫花地丁各20g,通草10g,生地15g,白茅根10g,薏苡仁15g,土茯苓10g,丹参15g,当归10g),1剂/d,水煎150mL,3次/d,口服。连续治疗1个月为1疗程。观测临床症状、尿红细胞、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。结果]治疗组痊愈11例,显效7例,有效6例,无效1例,总有效率96.00%。对照组痊愈5例,显效4例,有效9例,无效7例,总有效率72.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。尿红细胞治疗组改善优于对照组(P0.01)。结论]愈肾汤治疗湿热夹瘀型小儿紫癜性肾炎,疗效满意,无副作用,值得推广。
