| 摘 要： | 清代著名医家刘奎所撰《松峰说疫》继承吴又可《温疫论》病因与发病认识,强调治疫当先明辨瘟疫之名义,明确了瘟疫分类,创瘟疫-寒疫-杂疫"三疫"学说,开阔了瘟疫学派的视野;遵张仲景《伤寒论》六经辨治,阐述"瘟疫六经治法",突出辨证论治精神;总结"瘟疫统治八法",寒凉解毒为先;对疫病预防、传播途径的阻断及与易感人群隔离与消毒,也提出独到的措施和认识。

| Abstract: | SongFengShuoYi was written by LIU Kui who was a famous doctor in Qing dynasty. Having inherited academic thought of WenYiLun of WU Youke in etiology and pathogenesis, LIU Kui emphasized differentiation of pestilential definition in principle of treating plague. Having broaden the vision of pestilence school, he had clear about the classification of plague and established ＂San Yi＂ theory of plague-cold pestilence-miscellaneous pestilence. According to ＂Treatise on febrile disease＂ of ZHANG Zhongjing, which had expounded ＂plague six-channel treatment＂, he highlighted the thought of treatment based on syndrome differentiation and summarized ＂plague ruling eight method＂, ＂cold and cool detoxification first＂ . For disease prevention, route of transmission of blocking and susceptible to isolation and disinfection, he had also put forward the original measures and cognitions. |
