| 摘 要： | 脑中风急性期肺部感染原因。主要有身体机能明显下降、侵入性操作、无菌操作不严、长期卧床及环境因素。护理对策:综合护理、中医按摩、饮食护理、呼吸道管理、气管湿化、吸痰及口腔护理。在做好基础护理前提下,增强机体免疫力,减少肺部感染。

| Abstract: | A retrospective analysis of 49 cases of stroke causes of the acute phase of pulmonary infection. The main cause of stroke in patients with acute lung infection are： decreased physical function, invasive procedures, strict aseptic technique, bedridden and environmental factors. Nursing Strategy are： comprehensive care, traditional massage, diet care, airway management, tracheal wet, suctioning and oral care. Stroke patients with acute lung infection which in critical condition, TCM nursing should work under the premise of good primary care, through the dialectical principle of Chinese medicine to enhance the body＇s immune system, to achieve the purpose of reducing lung infection. |
