四神丸联合黄连素粉保留灌肠治疗肠易激综合征随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察四神丸联合黄连素粉保留灌肠治疗肠易激综合征疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将150例住院患者按抽签法分为两组。对照组75例①枸橼酸莫沙必利片,5mg/次,3次/d,口服;②黄连素粉保留灌肠,黄连素粉按3%比例调配,100mL黄连素液加20mL的1%利多卡因及布洛芬缓释胶囊1粒300mg取胶囊内颗粒加入其中,每晚睡前保留灌肠1次;患者取左侧卧位,臀部抬高,药液抽入注射器内,连接14~16号导尿管后插入直肠12cm,8~10min注入;保持左侧卧位30min。治疗组75例四神丸(肉豆蔻煨200g,补骨脂盐炒400g,五味子醋制200g,吴茱萸制100g,大枣去核200g),碎成细粉,过筛,混匀,另取生姜200g,捣碎,加水适量压榨取汁,与上述粉末泛丸,干燥即得;腹胀便秘加黄芪、陈皮、火麻仁各15g,白蜜1匙,将前4味药研细,合药末为丸;成人9g/次,早晚温盐水送服;黄连素粉保留灌肠同对照组。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床疗效、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效64例,有效9例,无效2例,总有效率97.33%。对照组显效54例,有效9例,无效12例,总有效率84.00%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。不良反应发生率治疗组少于对照组(P0.05)。[结论]四神丸联合黄连素粉保留灌肠治疗肠易激综合征效果显著,值得推广。
