活血化瘀方联合西药治疗病毒性心肌炎随机平行对照研究

目的]观察活血化瘀方联合西药治疗病毒性心肌炎疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将72例住院及门诊患者按病志号抽签简单随机分为两组。对照组36例①基础治疗;②极化液,1次/d,静滴;维生素C,200mg/次,3次/d,口服;肌苷片,0.4g/次,3次/d,口服;辅酶Q10,40mg/次,3次/d,口服。治疗组36例活血化瘀方(黄芪28g,党参18g,生地14g,麦冬13g,当归、五味子各9g,白芍14g,益母草13g,甘草7g;发热加黄芩、金银花及大青叶;失眠加柏子仁、酸枣仁及夜交藤;心前区疼痛加蒲黄、丹参及甘松;精神萎靡加桂枝与附子;口渴心悸加知母、石膏及玄参;胸闷气短加薤白与茯苓),1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚口服;西医治疗同对照组。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、心肌酶谱、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。结果]治疗组痊愈20例,显效9例,有效6例,无效1例,总有效率97.22%。对照组痊愈8例,显效10例,有效10例,无效8例,总有效率77.78%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。心肌酶谱两组均有下降(P0.05),治疗组下降水平优于对照组(P0.05)。结论]活血化瘀方联合西药治疗病毒性心肌炎效果显著,值得推广。

Treated 36 cases of blood circulation Party （ Huangqi 28g, Danshen 18g, Shengdi 14g, Maidong 13g, Dangui , Wuweizi each 9g, Baishao 14g, Yimucao 13g, Gancao 7g; fever plus Huangqin, Jinyinhua and Daqingye; insomnia plus Boziren , Suanzaoren and Yejiaotcng; chest pain plus Puhuang , Danshen and Gansong; apathetic Guizhi with Fuzi ; thirst palpitations plus Zhimu, Shigao and Xuanshen ; chest tightness , shortness of breath plus Xiebai and Fuling ）, 1 does/d, decoction 200mL, sooner or later oral; Western medicine with the control group. 14d is a continuous course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms , myocardial enzymes , adverse reactions. 2 courses of continuous treatment , to determine efficacy. Results ] The cure 20 cases , 9 cases markedly effective in 6 cases, one case , the total efficiency of 97.22%. The control group recovered eight cases , 10 cases , 10 cases , 8 cases , the total efficiency 77.78%. Treatment group than the control group （ P 〈0.05 ） . Myocardial enzymes decreased in both groups （ P 〈0.05 ）, decreased levels of the treatment group than the control group （ P 〈0.05 ） . Conclusion ] blood circulation combined side effects of Western medicine treatment of viral myocarditis remarkable , worthy of promotion.
