葛根芩连汤联合思密达治疗湿热型小儿泄泻随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察葛根芩连汤联合思密达治疗湿热型小儿泄泻疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将384例住院患者按掷骰子法随机分为两组。对照组192例营养补给,对症治疗;思密达,8~12月3g/d,12~24月6g/d,24个月9g/d。治疗组192例葛根芩连汤(葛根、茯苓各10g,黄芩、苍术、藿香、厚朴、陈皮各6g,黄连、甘草、乌梅各3g);1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚口服;呕吐加姜竹茹、半夏、柿蒂;脱水加太子参,白术;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗3d为1疗程。观测临床症状、大便、体温、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈163例,显效20例,无效9例,总有效率95.31%。对照组痊愈138例,显效22例,无效32例,总有效率83.33%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。[结论]葛根芩连汤联合思密达治疗湿热型小儿泄泻效果显著,值得推广。
