温阳补肾汤治疗脾肾阳虚型肾病综合征随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察温阳补肾汤治疗脾肾阳虚型肾病综合征疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将80例住院患者按抛硬币法随机分为两组。低盐低糖,适当休息。利尿、降压及降糖控制。对照组40例肾炎舒片,1.62g/次,3次/d。治疗组40例温阳补肾汤(党参、黄芪15g,肉桂焗3g,焙附子10g,牛膝30g,芡实20g,杜仲15g,菟丝子30g,红花10g,蜈蚣2条,当归、枳壳各10g),1剂/d,水煎150mL,早晚口服。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、尿蛋白、胆固醇、甘油三酯、证候积分、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈13例,显效10例,有效10例,无效7例,总有效率82.50%。对照组痊愈9例,显效9例,有效12例,无效10例,总有效率75.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。[结论]温阳补肾汤治疗脾肾阳虚型肾病综合征效果显著,值得推广。

[ Results ] the treatment group cure 13 cases, 10 cases had marked effect, 10 cases were effective, 7 had no effect, the total effective rate was 82.50%. Control group cure 9 cases, 9 cases were markedly effective, effective 12 cases, 10 cases were invalid, the total effective rate was 75.00%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] This kidney decoction treatment of spleen and kidney Yang deficiency syndrome type of nephrotic syndrome effect is remarkable, is worth promoting.
