软坚散结散治疗甲状腺腺瘤随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察软坚散结散治疗甲状腺腺瘤疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将80例门诊患者按就诊顺序编号简单随机分为两组。对照组40例左旋甲状腺素片,100~200ug/次,1次/d,口服。治疗组40例软坚散结散(醋柴胡15g,牡蛎30g,猫爪草9g,玄参15g,醋香附10g,白芍12g,醋郁金10g,红花、川芎、橘红各15g,黄芩12g,当归20g,昆布、海藻、丹参各12g,夏枯草15g,土贝母10g,山慈菇12g,全蝎9g),1剂/d,水煎250mL,早晚口服。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、甲状腺性状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效15例,有效20例,无效5例,总有效率87.50%。对照组显效5例,有效22例,无效13例,总有效率67.50%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。[结论]软坚散结散治疗甲状腺腺瘤效果显著,值得推广。
