艾灸对肾阳虚大鼠下丘脑-脑垂体-肾上腺轴影响随机平行对照研究

摘    要:目的]观察艾灸不同配穴对肾阳虚大鼠模型下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴(HPA轴)影响差异。方法]建立肾阳虚大鼠模型。将40只健康SD大鼠按随机数字表法分为五组(8只/组):空白对照组、模型组、艾灸1组、艾灸2组、艾灸3组。空白对照组不予处理,其余4组按25mg/Kg·d予氢化可的松肌注造模。第15d开始,艾灸1组温和灸"肾俞"、"关元",艾灸2组温和灸"肾俞"、"足三里",艾灸3组温和灸"足三里"、"关元"。艾灸1次/d,连续14d。第29d,所有大鼠行腹主动脉取血,用ELISA法检测大鼠血清促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)、皮质酮含量。结果]ACTH与空白对照组比较,模型组、艾灸1组、艾灸2组、艾灸3组ACTH含量明显降低(P0.05),艾灸1组、艾灸2组、艾灸3组大鼠的ACTH含量相对于模型组有较大提高(P0.05),艾灸1组相对于艾灸2组、艾灸3组提高幅度最大(P0.05),艾灸2组与艾灸3组ACTH的含量相差不大(P0.05)。皮质酮模型组、艾灸1组、艾灸2组、艾灸3组皮质酮含量明显降低(P0.05),艾灸1组、艾灸2组、艾灸3组大鼠的皮质酮含量相对于模型组有较大提高(P0.05),艾灸1组相对于艾灸2组、艾灸3组提高幅度最大(P0.05),艾灸2组与艾灸3组皮质酮的含量相差不多(P0.05)。结论]艾灸能够有效的改善肾阳虚大鼠HPA轴抑制状态。"肾俞"、"关元"组治疗效果强于"肾俞"、"足三里"组和"足三里"、"关元"组。

Randomized Controlled Study on Effect of Moxibustion of Different Acupoint Groups on the Hypothalamicpituitary-adrenal Axis in Rat

Abstract: Objective ] Observe the different effect of Moxibustion of different acupoint groups on the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis ( or hpa axis ) in rat. Method ] By using randomized controlled methods 40 rats were randomly divided into 5 groups according to the random number table ( 8/group ), The blank control group, model group, moxibustion group 1, moxibustion group 2 and moxibustion group 3.The blank control group received no treatment, The rest of the four groups were injected with hydrocortisone (25mg/ Kg · d ) . Starting from the 15th day, Mild moxibustion ( Shenshu, Guanyuan ) was applied to moxibustion group 1, Mild moxibustion ( Shenshu ,Zusanli ) was applied to moxibustion group 2, Mild moxibustion ( Zusanli, Guanyuan ) was applied to moxibustion group 3. The moxibustion ( once a day ) was continued for 14 days. At the 29 days, I took this 40 rats'blood from the abdominal aorta and used the ELISA method to detect the contents of rat serum ACTH and corticosterone. Result ] ACTH and blank control group, model group, moxibustion group 1, group 2 moxibuslion, moxibustion group 3 ACTH decreased significantly ( P〈0.05 ), moxibnstion group 1, group 2 moxibustion, moxibustion three groups of rats the ACTH levels relative to the untreated group had greatly improved ( P〈0.05 ), moxibustion moxibustion group 1 with respect to the two groups, the sharpest increase the moxibustion group 3 ( P〈0.05 ), moxibustion moxibustion group 2 and group 3 ACTH levels or less ( P〈0.05 ) . Corticosterone model group, moxibustion group 1, group 2 moxibustion, moxibustion three groups corticosterone levels decreased significantly (P〈0.05), moxibustion group 1, group 2 moxibustion, moxibustion corticosterone levels in three groups of rats relative to the untreated group had greatly improved ( P 〈0.05 ), moxibustion moxibustion group relative to the two groups, the sharpest increase the moxibustion group 3 ( P〈0.05 ), moxibustion moxibustion group 2 and gr
