超短波联合玻璃酸钠治疗退行性膝关节病78例临床观察

目的]观察超短波治疗仪联合玻璃酸钠注射液治疗退行性膝关节病疗效。方法]对78例住院及门诊患者①超短波治疗仪,于患侧膝关节,20min/次,2次/d,温热度以能耐受为宜,注意老年患者热度宜低,避免烫伤。②玻璃酸钠注射液(施沛特),含玻璃酸钠20mg,患者取仰卧位,屈膝,局部消毒,无菌操作,避免感染,穿刺部位多选择内外膝眼凹陷处,先用5mL注射器穿刺进入膝关节腔,回吸无血时连接玻璃酸钠注射器,缓慢注入药液,拔出注射器后以无菌敷料按压约2min,包扎固定,缓慢屈伸患者下肢,使药物充分与关节面接触。如有关节腔积液,可先行抽取积液,然后注入药物。药物注射当日暂停物理治疗,第2日起正常物理治疗,1次/7d。连续治疗29d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。结果]显效68例,有效7例,无效3例,总有效率96.15%。结论]超短波治疗仪联合玻璃酸钠注射液治疗退行性膝关节病效果显著,值得推广。

If the joint effusion, can be extracted effusion, then injected drugs. The drug injection day suspension of physical therapy, second, normal physical therapy, 1 /7d. Continuous treatment with 29d for 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms, adverse reaction. 1 courses of treatment, the curative effect. Results ] Markedly 68 cases, effective 7 cases, invalid 3 cases, the total efficiency of 96.15%. Conclusion ] The ultrashort wave therapy combined with Sodium Hyaluronate Injection treatment of degenerative knee joint disease effect is significant, worthy of promotion.
