炙甘草汤治疗频发室性早搏随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察炙甘草汤治疗频发室性早搏疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将76例住院患者按抽签方法随机分为两组。均停用其他抗心律失常中西药物。对照组38例普罗帕酮,100mg/次,3次/d。治疗组38例炙甘草汤(炙甘草60g,生姜3片,党参15g,生地50g,桂枝10g,阿胶烊化6g,麦门冬15g,麻仁10g,大枣3枚),1剂/d,水煎150mL,日服2次。连续治疗28d为1疗程。观测临床症状、24h动态心电图、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]临床疗效治疗组显效26例,有效9例,无效3例,总有效率92.11%。对照组显效23例,有效11例,无效4例,总有效率89.58%。两组无明显差异(P0.05)。24h动态心电图改善治疗组显效18例,有效14例,无效6例,总有效率84.21%。对照组显效20例,有效11例,无效7例,总有效率81.58%。两组无明显差异(P0.05)。[结论]炙甘草汤治疗频发室性早搏,疗效满意,无副作用,值得推广。

Zhigancao Decoction in the Treatment of Frequent Premature Ventricular Contractions of Random Parallel Controlled Study

[Objective] To observe the curative effect of Zhigancao Decoction in the treatment of frequent ventricular premature beat. [Method] Using randomized controlled methods,76 patients were in the draw method were randomly divided into two groups. Have no other antiarrhythmic drug. A control group of 38 cases of propafenone, 3 times 100mg/,/d. The treatment group of 38 cases（60g Zhigancao Decoction,3 slices ginger,dangshen 50g, Cassia twig 10g,Ejiao molten 6 g,Ophiopogon japonicus 15g,fructus cannabis 10g,jujube 3 pieces）,1 doses of /d,water simmer in water 150mL,2 times a day. Continuous treatment with 28d for 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms,24h dynamic electrocardiogram,adverse reaction. 1 courses of treatment,the curative effect. [Results] The clinical curative effect of the treatment group 26 cases,effective 9 cases,invalid 3 cases,the total efficiency of 92.11%. The control group was 23 cases,effective 11 cases,invalid 4 cases,the total efficiency of 89.58%. No significant difference between the two groups（P〉0. 05）. 24h dynamic electrocardiogram improvement in treatment group 18 cases,effective 14 cases,invalid 6 cases,the total efficiency of 84.21%. 20 cases of control group,11 cases effective,7 cases ineffective,the total efficiency of 81.58%. No significant difference between the two groups（P〉0. 05）. [Conclusion] Zhigancao Decoction in the treatment of ventricular extrasystole,satisfied with the effect, no side effect,is worth promoting.
