灯盏细辛注射液+黄芪注射液联合西药改善缺血性脑卒中急性期微循环随机平行对照研究

目的]观察灯盏细辛注射液+黄芪注射液联合西药改善缺血性脑卒中急性期微循环。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将64例住院患者按住院号简单随机为两组。对照组32例西医常规治疗。治疗组32例①灯盏细辛注射液30mL+生理盐水500mL,静滴;②黄芪注射液20mL+5%葡萄糖500mL,静滴;1次/d;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗5d为1疗程。观测临床症状、血液学指标、证候积分、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。结果]治疗组治愈23例,有效7例,无效9例,总有效率93.75%。对照组治愈19例,有效10例,无效3例,总有效率90.63%。临床疗效两组间均无明显差异(P0.05)。D-Dimer、TXA、NIHSS、证候积分两组均有改善(P0.01),D-Dimer、TXA、证候积分治疗组改善优于对照组(P0.01)。结论]灯盏细辛注射液+黄芪注射液联合西药改善缺血性脑卒中急性期微循环,疗效满意,无副作用,值得推广。

Fleabane plus Huangqi Injection Combined with Western Medicine Improves Microcirculation in Acute Ischemic Stroke -- A Controlled-Randomized Parallel Study

Objective ] To explore the efficacy of Fleabane plus Huangqi injection combined with western to the microcireulation in acute phase of ischemic stroke . Method ] Using random parallel control method, 64 patients （ inpatient / outpatient ） patients were randomly divided into two groups . Control group： 32 patients were given conventional treatment . Treatment group： 32 patients were treated as following, ① Fleabane injection 30mL ＋ saline 500mL, intravenous; ② Astragalus injection 20mL ＋5% glucose injection 500mL, intravenous ; once per day ; western medicine was the same as the control group . 5d is a continuous course of treatment . Observation indicators include the clinical symptoms, hematological, symptom scores, adverse reactions. A course of treatment should be done in order to determine the efficacy. Results ] In the experimental group, 23 cases were cured, effective in 7 cases, no effect 9 cases, the total effective rate was 93.75 %. In the control group, cured 19 cases, effective 10 cases, no effect 3 cases, the total efficiency was 90.63% . Clinical efficacy between the two groups were not significantly different （ P〉O.05 ） . D-Dimer, TXA, NIHSS, syndrome integral of two groups were improved （P〈O.O1）, D-Dimer, TXA, syndrome integral treatment group was better than the control group （ P〈O.01 ） Conclusion ] Fleabane plus Huangqi Injection Combined with Western Medicine improves the acute phase of ischemic stroke microcircnlation, results were satisfactory, no side effect, and it is worth promoting.
