针灸联合氟西汀分散片治疗脑卒中后抑郁症随机平行对照研究

目的]观察针灸联合氟西汀分散片治疗脑卒中后抑郁症疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,对照组52例氟西汀分散片,20mg/次,晨起用药。治疗组51例针灸,穴位常规消毒,0.30mm×40mm毫针,取穴:百会、丰隆、上星、太冲、印堂、合谷、心俞、内关、七海、四神聪,辅以风池、神门、太溪、神门、风府、足三里和三阴交。内关、气海、足三里和三阴交采用补法,风府、丰隆、太溪、风池、合谷、太冲采用泻法,神门和关元给予平补平泻,间隔15min行针1次,每次行针1min,2次后再起针,1次/d。西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。结果]治疗组显效34例,有效14例,无效3例,总有效率94.12%。对照组显效15例,有效16例,无效5例,总有效率90.38%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。结论]针灸联合氟西汀分散片治疗脑卒中后抑郁症效果显著,值得推广。
