芪苈强心胶囊联合西药治疗慢性心力衰竭随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察芪苈强心胶囊联合西医治疗慢性心力衰竭疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将84例门诊患者按就诊顺序编号分为两组。对照组42例抗心衰、控制盐摄入、合理安排休息时间、血管扩张剂、利尿剂、β受体阻滞剂及硝酸酯类等,多巴酚丁胺、洋地黄、抗生素等。治疗组42例芪苈强心胶囊,1.2g/次,3次/d,口服;西医治疗同对照组。连续治疗45d为1疗程。观测临床症状、心功能、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效22例,有效17例,无效3例,总有效率92.86%。对照组显效15例,有效16例,无效11例,总有效率73.80%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。心功能疗效治疗组优于对照组(P0.05)。[结论]芪苈强心胶囊联合西医治疗慢性心力衰竭效果显著,值得推广。
