辨证分型治疗高血压动脉硬化眼底出血104例临床观察

目的]观察辨证分型治疗高血压动脉硬化眼底出血疗效。方法]将104例门诊患者辨证分型。肝阳上亢治以平肝潜阳,化瘀止血,天麻钩藤饮。气滞血瘀治以活血化瘀,行气通络,血府逐瘀汤。肝肾阴虚治以滋肾养肝,化瘀止血,当归麦冬汤。上方均1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚口服。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、视力、眼底出血、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。结果]痊愈42例,显效36例,有效18例,无效8例,总有效率92.31%。结论]辨证分型治疗高血压动脉硬化眼底出血效果显著,值得推广。
