摘    要:目的]观察辨证分型治疗高血压动脉硬化眼底出血疗效。方法]将104例门诊患者辨证分型。肝阳上亢治以平肝潜阳,化瘀止血,天麻钩藤饮。气滞血瘀治以活血化瘀,行气通络,血府逐瘀汤。肝肾阴虚治以滋肾养肝,化瘀止血,当归麦冬汤。上方均1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚口服。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、视力、眼底出血、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。结果]痊愈42例,显效36例,有效18例,无效8例,总有效率92.31%。结论]辨证分型治疗高血压动脉硬化眼底出血效果显著,值得推广。

Abstract: Objective ] To observe the classification treatment of high blood pressure, arteriosclerosis eyeground hemorrhage curative effect. Methods ] 104 cases of clinic patients, syndrome differentiation. Hyperactivity of liver Yang treated by Calming Liver Yang, blood hemostasis, Tianma Gouteng decoction. Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in the treatment of qi stagnation and blood stasis of blood activating and stasis, achieve Qi collaterals. Liver kidney deficiency of Yin with Angelica Decoction Zhizi kidney and liver, removing blood stasis and hemostasis. Above all agent l/d, boiling water 200 ml, oral sooner or later. Continuous treatment of 7 d for 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms Ulcer surface and adverse reactions. Continuous treatment 3 period of treatment, judge curative effect. Results ] 42 cases of recovery, 36 cases were markedly effective, effective 18 cases, 8 no effect, the total effective rate was 92.31%. Conclusion ] Classification treatment of high blood pressure, arteriosclerosis eyeground hemorrhage effect is remarkable, is worth promoting.
