柴胡桂枝干姜汤治疗功能性消化不良随机平行对照研究

目的]观察柴胡桂枝干姜汤治疗功能性消化不良疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将100例门诊患者按抛硬币法随机分为两组。对照组50例吗丁啉片,10mg/次,3次/d,饭前30min口服。治疗组50例柴胡桂枝干姜汤(大枣6枚,生姜6g,白芍12g,桂枝8g,炙甘草、党参各10g,黄芩6g,法半夏9g,柴胡10g;寒热错杂加黄芪、黄连、干姜;脾胃虚寒加制附片、香附、干姜;脾胃湿热去白芍、大枣,加生薏仁、黄芩、黄连、茯苓、枳实;肝胃不和加木香、川楝子、枳壳;脾虚气滞加白术、陈皮、茯苓、佛手),1剂/d,1000mL水煎至200mL,2次/d,饭前30min口服。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。结果]治疗组显效16例,有效10例,进步5例,无效19例,总有效率62.00%。对照组显效8例,有效8例,进步4例,无效30例,总有效率40.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。结论]柴胡桂枝干姜汤治疗功能性消化不良效果显著,值得推广。
