真心痛饮联合西药治疗胆汁淤阻型肝硬化随机平行对照研究

目的]观察真心痛饮联合西药治疗胆汁淤阻型肝硬化疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将48例于住院患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组18例甘利欣40mL+门冬钾镁30mL+10%葡萄糖300mL静滴。治疗组30例真心痛饮加减(茵陈30g,大黄20g,黄芩15g,龙胆草、板兰根各20g,茯苓30g,金钱草15g,赤芍30g,郁金20g),水煎360mL,1剂/d,早中晚温服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗12d为1疗程。观测临床症状、谷丙转氨酶、总胆红素、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。结果]连续治疗3疗程(36d),两组生化指标均有改善(P0.05),治疗组优于对照组(P0.05)。结论]真心痛饮联合西药治疗胆汁淤阻型肝硬化疗效显著,值得推广。

Bile Stasis Cirrhosis of Traditional Chinese Medicine combined with Western Medicine Randomized Controlled Study

Objective]To observe the effect of combined treatment of biliary stasis cirrhosis western efficacy. Method ]Random parallel control method, 48 cases of hospitalized patients by random number table were randomly divided into two groups. Results ] 3 continuous treatment regimen （ 36d ）, two symptoms, biochemical parameters were improved （ P 〈0.05 ）, the treatment group than the control group （ P 〈0.05 ） . Conclusion ] Combined with western medicine treatment of biliary stasis cirrhosis, should be popularized in clinical practice.
