补气活血方联合西药治疗冠心病随机平行对照研究

目的]观察补气活血方联合西药治疗冠心病疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将58例门诊患者按就诊顺序编号法分为两组。对照组28例钙通道阻滞剂联合硝酸甘油;舒血宁注射液15mL+100mL生理盐水,静滴,1次/d;硝酸异山梨酯片,10mg/次,3次/d,口服。治疗组30例补气活血法方(党参、枳实、桃仁、瓜蒌、红花、川芎各10g,黄芪30g,当归15g,丹参20g);1剂/d,水煎300mL,早晚口服;痰阻心脉加胆南星、半夏各10g;心肾阴虚加玉竹、麦冬各10g;阳气虚衰加杜仲、桂枝各10g;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗15d为1疗程。观测临床症状、中医症候评分、不良反应。连续治疗4疗程,判定疗效。结果]治疗组显效26例,有效3例,无效1例,总有效率96.66%。对照组显效10例,有效13例,无效5例,总有效率82.14%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。结论]补气活血方联合西药治疗冠心病效果显著,值得推广。

Objective ] Buqihuoxue combined western medicine side effects of coronary heart disease . Methods ] random parallel control method, 58 cases outpatient treatment order number into two groups . The control group 28 cases of calcium channel blockers combined nitroglycerin antianginal therapy. Shuxuening integration injection 15mL to 100mL saline infusion , 15mL / times, 1 times / d. Isosorbide mononitrate tablets , 10mg / time, 3 times / d, orally. Treatment group of 30 patients Buqihuoxue France （ Dangshen, Zhishi, Taoren, Guawei, Honghua, Chuanxiong each 10g, Huangqi 30g, Danggui 15g, Danshen 20g ） ; 1does/d, decoction 300mL, sooner or later, oral ; sputum resistance Xinmaitong plus Dannanxing, Banxia 10g; heart and kidney plus Yuzhu, Maidong 10g; Chung Yang qi decline Duzhong, Guizhi each 10g. Western medicine with the control group . 15d is a continuous course of treatment . Observation of clinical symptoms , TCM symptom score, adverse reactions. Continuous treatment for 4 courses to determine efficacy. Results ] 26 cases markedly effective in 3 cases, 1 case , the total efficiency of 96.66% . The control group 10 cases markedly effective in 13 cases, five cases , the total efficiency of 82.14% . Treatment group than the control group （P〈0.05） . Conclusion ] Buqihuoxue combined western medicine side effect is significant coronary artery disease , should be introduced.
