社区中医护理联合常规药物干预老年高血压随机平行对照研究

目的]观察中医护理联合常规药物干预老年高血压效果。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将155例门诊患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组73例常规药物干预。护理组82例中医护理,①健康教育,讲解高血压疾病知识,了解护理过程(干预方法、目的);组织参加健康知识讲座,解答患者问题。②指导教育,指导按压穴位,教养生动作。③食疗护理,具体病情搭配中医食疗,交代日常饮食问题,能自我饮食护理。④教测血压量方法,定期测量血压,如头晕或者肢体麻木等,立即接受检查和治疗。⑤辨证施护,肾精不足偏阴虚施以滋阴补肾;偏阳虚温阳补肾;肝阳上亢平肝潜阳、滋养肝肾;痰浊中阻燥湿祛痰、健脾和胃;气血亏虚补益心脾、建运脾胃。常规药物治疗同对照组。连续治疗15d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。结果]护理组显效56例,有效17例,无效9例,总有效率89.02%。对照组显效40例,有效15例,无效18例,总有效率75.34%。护理组效果优于对照组(P0.05)。结论]中医护理联合常规药物干预老年高血压,提高治疗效果,值得推广。

Conventional drug treatment with the control group. 15 d continuous treatment for 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. Continuous treatment of two period of treatment, judge curative effect. Results ] The treatment group （56 cases were markedly effective, 17 cases effective, 9 no effect, the total effective rate was 89.02%. Control group cure of 17 cases, 23 cases were markedly effective, effective 15 cases, 18 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 75.34%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （ P〈 0.05 ） . Joint routine drug treatment. Conclusion ] TCM nursing senile hypertension effect is remarkable, is worth promoting.
