康复新液联合西医护理手足口病随机平行对照研究

目的]观察康复新液联合西医护理手足口病疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将150例住院患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组75例生理盐水500mL,3次/d,清洗皮疹部位;病毒唑霜,0.3g/次,3次/d,外敷。护理组75例康复新液,20min/次,消毒纱布浸透康复新液外敷于皮疹部位;西药治疗同对照组。连续护理7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、时间指标、临床护理满意度、不良反应。连续护理2疗程,判定疗效。结果]护理组显效28例,有效40例,无效7例,总有效率90.67%。对照组显效15例,有效30例,无效30例,总有效率60.00%。护理组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。时间指标、临床护理满意度护理组均优于对照组(P0.05)。结论]康复新液联合西医护理手足口病效果显著,值得推广。
