穴位注射联合手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症97例临床观察

摘    要:[目的]观察穴位注射联合手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效。[方法]对97例门诊患者用穴位注射配合手法治疗,穴位注射疗法:取阿是穴、环跳、承扶、足三里、三阴交等穴,注射维生素B12、当归注射液,找到针感后适量注入药液约1~2mL,休息10min后行手法治疗,手法包括滚法、按法、拿法等,取命门、肾俞、腰阳关,用肘压环跳、承扶、委中等穴,1次/d。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗4疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治愈67例,显效33例,无效4例,总有效率95.88%。[结论]穴位注射联合推拿手法治疗椎间盘效果显著,值得推广。

Abstract:[ Objective ] Observation point injection technique combined treatment of lumbar disc herniation. [ Methods ] The amount of injected liquid to take Ashi, ring jump, Cheng Fu, Zusanli, Sanyinjiao other points, injections of vitamin B,2, Angelica injection, found acupuncture after: in 97 outpatients with acupoint injection with manual therapy, acupuncture point injection therapy about 1 2mL, rest 10 min underwent manual therapy, manipulation, including rolling method, by law, take method, taking Vital, Shenshu Yaoyangguan, elbow pressure ring jump, Cheng Fu, commissions middle hole, 1 / d. 7d is a continuous course of treatment. Observing clinical symptoms of adverse reactions. 1 to 4 continuous treatment course, to determine efficacy. [ Result ] 67 cases were cured, effective in 33 cases, 4 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 95.88%. [ Conclusion ] Acupoint injection combined with massage in treatment of intervertebral disc effect is significant, worthy of promotion.
