活血愈窥汤联合雷贝拉唑治疗瘀血阻络型消化性溃疡随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察活血愈窥汤联合雷贝拉唑治疗瘀血阻络型消化性溃疡治疗临床疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将46例住院患者按抽签法分为两组。对照组23例雷贝拉唑,20mg/次,2次/d,口服;治疗组23例活血愈窥汤(川楝子15g,延胡索20g,木香15g,枳壳10g,乌贼骨30g,白及、三七、炙甘草各10g,白芍15g,砂仁20g,丹参30g,生蒲黄、五灵脂各15g),1剂/d,水煎300mL,早晚口服;雷贝拉唑治疗同对照组。连续治疗42d为1疗程。观测临床疗效、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效10例,有效11例,无效2例,总有效率91.30%。对照组显效8例,有效9例,无效6例,总有效率73.91%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。不良反应治疗组少于对照组(P0.05)。[结论]活血愈窥汤联合雷贝拉唑治疗瘀血阻络型消化性溃疡疗效显著,值得推广。

Invigorates the Blood to Recover the Peep Decoction Combined with Ray Bella in Treating Blood Stasis Type of Peptic Ulcer of Random Parallel Controlled Study

[Objective] To observe the blood more peep decoction combined with ray Bella in treating blood stasis type of peptic ulcer treatment. [Methods] Using randomized controlled Methods,46 patients were divided into two groups according to the. A control group of 23 cases with 20mg/ ray Bella,again,2 times /d, oral. The treatment group of 23 cases and more into the soup（Chuanlianzi 15g,Yanhusuo 20g,muxiang 15g, Jike 10g,Wuzeigu 30g,Baiji,Sanqi,Zhigancao each 10g,Baishao 15g,Sharen 20g,Danshen 30g, Shengpuhuang,Wulingzhi each 15g）,1 doses of /d,water simmer in water 300mL,sooner or later oral. Ray Bella was treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment with 42d for 1 courses. Observation of clinical curative effect,adverse reaction. 1 courses of treatment,the curative effect. 10 cases of group therapy. [Results] 11 cases were effective,2 cases ineffective,the total efficiency of 91.30%. 8 cases of control group,9 cases effective,6 cases ineffective,the total efficiency of 73.91%,the efficacy of the treatment group than in control group（P〈0. 05）. Adverse reactions in treatment group than control group（P〈0. 05）. [Conclusion] The effect of Huoxue Decoction Combined with ray Bella with endoscope in treating blood stasis type of peptic ulcer is significant,worthy of promotion.
