辨证分型联合西药治疗呼吸系统疾病随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察辨证分型联合西药治疗呼吸系统疾病疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将100例住院患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组50例常规西医治疗;治疗组50例辨证分型。西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗4周为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。随访1年,观测复发率。[结果]治疗组痊愈18例,有效29例,无效3例,总有效率94%。对照组痊愈14例,有效29例,无效7例,总有效率86%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。[结论]辨证分型联合西药治疗呼吸系统疾病效果显著,值得推广。

Randomized Parallel Group Study Medicine Syndrome Differentiation Combined Treatment of Respiratory Diseases

[ Objective ] Observation syndrome type combined with western treatment of respiratory diseases efficacy. [ Methods ] Random parallel control method, 100 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups. Observing clinical symptoms of adverse reactions. 2 courses of continuous treatment, to determine efficacy. 1-year follow-up, the observed recurrence rate. [ Results ] The treatment group cured 18 cases, effective 29 cases, invalid 3 cases, the total efficiency of 94%. The control group cured 14 cases, effective 29 cases, invalid 7 cases, the total efficiency of 86%. The treatment group was better than control group （ P〈 0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] Syndromes medicine treatment of respiratory diseases combined effect is significant, it is worth promoting.
