辨证分型选穴刺络拔罐放血联合西药治疗中风后吸入性肺炎随机平行对照研究

目的]观察辨证分型选穴刺络拔罐放血联合西药治疗中风后吸入性肺炎疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将70例住院患者按就诊顺序编号法随机分为两组。对照组35例头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠,2.0g/次,2次/d,静滴;氨溴索,4mL/次,2次/d,静注。治疗组35例辨证分型选穴刺络拔罐放血,风寒袭肺:肺俞、大肠俞、大椎、脾俞;风热犯肺:肺俞、大肠俞、大椎、脾俞、肝俞;痰热郁肺:肺俞、大肠俞、大椎、脾俞、肝俞;痰湿蕴肺:肺俞、脾俞、胃俞、肾俞;肺阴亏耗:肺俞、脾俞、肝俞、肾俞;隔日选穴拔罐,在穴位上用梅花针刺数针,直至皮肤出血,再拔罐放血,5~10min,出血量3~10mL;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗15d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。结果]治疗组痊愈10例,显效13例,有效11例,无效1例,总有效率97.14%。对照组痊愈6例,显效10例,有效14例,无效5例,总有效率85.71%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。结论]辨证分型选穴刺络拔罐放血联合西药治疗中风后吸入性肺炎疗效显著,值得推广。

Acupuncture and Cupping Therapy combined with Western Aspiration Pneumonia

Objective] Cupping combined effect of inhaled medicine to treat pneumonia. Method] Random parallel control method,70 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into treatment groups sequentially numbered. A control group of 35 patients cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium,2.0g / times, 2 times / d,intravenous infusion. Ambroxol hydrochloride injection,4mL / times,2 times / d,intravenously. Treatment group of 35 patients pricking therapy syndromes. Every other selected points cupping,acupuncture on points with plum pin number,until the skin bleeding,cupping and then bled,5 ~ 10min,bleeding 3 ~ 10mL;western medicine with the control group. 15d is a continuous course of treatment. Observing clinical symptoms of adverse reactions. 2 courses of continuous treatment,to determine efficacy. Results] The cure 10 cases,13 cases were markedly effective in 11 cases,one case,the total efficiency of 97.14%. The control group healed in 6 cases,10 cases markedly effective in 14 cases,5 cases,the total efficiency of 85.71%. Treatment group than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion] Cupping combined effect of inhaled medicine to treat pneumonia significant,should be popularized in clinical practice.
