穴位埋线联合小针刀治疗腰间盘突出症随机平行对照研究

目的]观察穴位埋线联合小针刀治疗腰间盘突出症疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将112例住院患者按就诊顺序编号单双数分为两组。对照组56例小针刀治疗。治疗组56例穴位埋线,于小针刀治疗后5min,在皮下注射0.5%利多卡因行局部浸润麻醉,无菌2号羊肠线以专用埋线针,从标记处以45°刺入皮下组织,深度为3.5~5cm,然后缓慢退针,使羊肠线留在皮下,酒精棉球压迫30s,止血后创可贴固定创口;小针刀治疗同对照组。连续治疗28d为1疗程。观测临床症状、VAS评分、不良反应。治疗1疗程,随访1年,判定疗效。结果]治疗组痊愈29例,显效17例,有效7例,无效3例,总有效率94.64%。对照组痊愈22例,显效15例,有效10例,无效9例,总有效率83.93%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.01)。VAS评分两组均有改善,治疗组改善优于对照组(P0.01)。结论]穴位埋线联合小针刀治疗腰间盘突出症效果显著,值得推广。

Acupoint Catgut Embedding Therapy Combined with Small Needle Knife for the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation of Random Parallel Controlled Study

Objective] To observe the acupoint catgut embedding therapy combined with small needle knife for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods] Using randomized controlled Methods,112 cases of hospitalized patients according to the order number of odd numbers were divided into two groups,the control group of 56 cases of small needle knife therapy. The treatment group of 56 cases of acupoint catgut embedding therapy. In the small needle knife therapy after 5min,local infiltration anesthesia with subcutaneous injection of 0.5% lidocaine hydrochloride,using sterile 2 gut to dedicated catgut embedding needle,angle of 45 degrees into subcutaneous tissue from labeled a,depth of 3.5 ~ 5cm,and then slowly withdrawing the needle,make catgut in subcutaneous. With alcohol cotton ball compression 30s,stay after hemostasis wound bandage fixation. Small needle knife treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment with 28d for 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms,VAS score,adverse reaction. 1 courses of treatment,the curative effect. 1 years of followup,the recurrence rate of observation. Results] The treatment group cured 29 cases,effective in 17 cases,effective 7 cases,invalid 3 cases,the total efficiency of 94.64%. The control group cured 22 cases,effective in 15 cases,effective 10 cases,invalid 9 cases,the total efficiency of 83.93%. The treatment group was better than control group（P〈0.01）. The VAS score of two groups were improved,the treatment group was better than the control group（P〈0.01）. Conclusion] Of acupoint catgut embedding therapy combined with small needle knife for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation effect is significant,worthy of promotion.
