针刺联合推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症随机平行研究

目的]观察针刺联合推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将180例门诊及住院患者按抛硬币法随机分为两组。对照组90例常规手术治疗。治疗组90例针刺联合推拿,选肾俞、环跳、秩边、委中、阳陵泉、悬钟、昆仑、腰夹脊穴双侧取穴;穴位处常规消毒,取一次性针灸30号55mm×80mm毫针,直刺入穴,针刺深度在50~75mm,小幅提插捻转后,均运针至得气,留针30min,每隔10min,运针1次;推拿:按揉腰夹脊穴、肾俞穴,再按、拔、揉腰部部及其两侧;按揉、击腰部,腰部肌肉放松,腰椎关节拔伸手法5min;捏法和拿揉法松弛腰部肌肉软组织,再弹拨腰项部肌肉,点按双侧腰部夹脊穴和腰部阿是穴,最后用活络关节手法运摇双上肢,20min/次。连续治疗10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。结果]治疗组痊愈47例,显效26例,有效12例,无效5例,总有效率94.44%。对照组痊愈40例,显效25例,有效13例,无效12例,总有效率86.67%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。结论]针刺联合推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症效果显著,值得推广。

Pinch method and taking up and rubbing method flabby waist muscle tissue,then plucked the waist muscles,click the double side waist clip ridge point and the waist is point o,with adjustable joint technique finally shipped double arm,20 min/time. Continuous treatment of 10 d to 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. As a course treatment,judge curative effect. Results]Treatment group recovered 47 cases,26 cases had marked effect,12 cases were effectively,5 no effect,the total effective rate was 94.44%. Control group 40 cases cured,25 cases were markedly effective,effective 13 cases,12 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 86.67%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion]The effect of acupuncture combined massage therapy lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion,worthy of promotion.
