皮炎汤治疗激素依赖性面部皮炎随机平行对照研究

目的]观察皮炎汤治疗激素依赖性面部皮炎疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将98例住院及门诊患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组49例氯雷他定,10mg/次,1次/d,口服;外用3%硼酸溶液及莫匹罗星软膏适量清洗涂抹,2次/d。治疗组49例皮炎汤(生地30g,赤勺20g,丹皮、知母各15g,生石膏30g,竹叶10g,连翘15g,金银花30g,生甘草10g),1剂/d,水煎500mL,早晚口服;皮肤有灼热瘙痒、红水肿、干燥脱屑等症加赤芍、青蒿、玄参、地骨皮;酒渣鼻样损害、丘疹或脓疱较严重加用金银花、黄连、连翘、虎杖。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、IgE水平、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。结果]治疗组痊愈25例,显效16例,有效6例,无效2例,总有效率83.67%。对照组痊愈13例,显效17例,有效14例,无效5例,总有效率63.27%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。IgE水平两组均有改善(P0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P0.05)。结论]皮炎汤在治疗激素依赖性面部皮炎效果显著,值得推广。
