祛风通络方联合西药治疗骨性关节炎随机平行对照研究

目的]观察祛风通络方联合西药治疗骨性关节炎疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例住院患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组30例吲哚美辛(消炎痛),25~50g/次,2~3次/d,口服。治疗组30例祛风通络方(当归、独活各12g,秦艽15g,牛膝12g,白芍、黄芪各30g,川芎10g,鸡血藤、防己各12g,炙甘草10g,延胡索12g,桑寄生10g,薏苡仁15g),1剂/d,水煎1000mL,3次/d,口服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。结果]治疗组痊愈27例,有效2例,无效1例,总有效率96.67%。对照组痊愈21例,有效7例,无效2例,总有效率93.33%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。结论]祛风通络方联合西药治疗骨性关节炎效果显著,值得推广。

Qufeng Tongluo Recipe Combined with Western medicine in Treating Osteoarthritis Study Random Parallel Controlled Study

Objective] To observe Qufengtongluo recipe combined with western medicine in treatment of osteoarthritis. Methods] Using randomized controlled Methods,will be divided into two groups according to the random number table,50 cases of hospitalized patients. A control group of 25 cases of indomethacin（Xiao Yantong）,25 - 50g/,2 - 3 /d,oral. The treatment group of 25 cases of Qufeng Tongluo Recipe（Dangui,Duhuo each 12g,Qingjiao 15g,Niuxi 12g,Baishao,Huangqi each 30g, Chuanxiong 10g,Jixueteng,Fangji each 12g,Zhigancao 10g,Huyansuo 12g,Sangjisheng 10g, Yiyiren 15g）,1 doses of /d,water simmer in water 1000mL,3 /d,oral. Western medicine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment with 30d for 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms,adverse reaction. Continuous 2 courses of treatment,the curative effect. 1 years of follow-up,the recurrence rate of observation. Results] The treatment group cured 27 cases,effective 2 cases,invalid 1 cases,the total efficiency of 96.67%. The control group cured 21 cases,effective 7 cases,invalid 2 cases,the total efficiency of 93.33%. The treatment group was better than control group（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion] Qufeng Tongluo decoction combined with Western treatment of osteoarthritis effect,worthy of promotion.
