归脾汤与耳针联合艾司唑仑治疗顽固性失眠随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察归脾汤与耳针联合艾司唑仑治疗顽固性失眠疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将79例门诊患者按门诊号奇数、偶数的不同随机分为两组。对照组38例舒乐安定,每晚睡前服2mg。治疗组41例归脾汤(党参、白术、炙黄芪各15g,远志、龙眼肉、木香、当归、炙甘草各10g,茯神20g,炒枣仁30g,随症加减),水煎,1剂/d,睡前2小时服用;耳穴:心、肾、神门、交感、皮质下、脑;艾司唑仑。连续治疗3个月,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈18例,显效11例,有效8例,无效4例,总有效率90.24%。对照组痊愈5例,显效9例,有效14例,无效10例,总有效率73.68%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。[结论]归脾汤与耳针联合艾司唑仑治疗顽固性失眠效果显著,值得推广。

The Randomly Parallel Controlled Study of Spleen Soup with Auricular Acupuncture Combined Estazolam Treating Intractable Insomnia

[ Objective ] To observe the effect of spleen soup with auricular acupuncture combined estazolam treating intractable insomnia. [ Method ] Using a randomized parallel-controlled method, 79 cases of outpatients randomly divided into two groups, according to the odd or even number of the outpatient No. 38 cases in the control group with estazolam, 2mg before bedtime, 41 patients in the treatment group with spleen soup and auricular acupuncture combined estazolam, dangshen, baizhu, zhihuangqi each 15g, yuanzhi, ]ongyanrou, Muxiang- danggui, zhigancao each 10g, fushen 20g, chaozaoren 30g.Subtraction with the disease, decoction, l/d, taken two hours before bedtime. Auricular points：the heart, kidney, God the door, sympathetic, subcortex, the brain. 3 months of continuous therapy, to determine efficacy. [ Results ] Treatment group recovered 18 cases, ignificant efficacy in 11, effective in 8, ineffective in 4, the total rate of effect was 90.24%. Control group recovered 5 cases, ignificant efficacy in 9, effective in 14, ineffective in 10, the total rate of effect was 73.68%. the result of treatment group was better to the control （ P〈0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] The effect of spleen soup with auricular acupuncture combined estazolam treating intractable insomnia is significant, worth popularizing.
